I like the way the hair forms a hand, that was clever.
I'll tell you the one thing that no one LIKES to hear, but everyone NEEDS to hear. If you want to get a lot better draw a lot more. That's all. You have some natural talent, but in order to grow that talent into a skill you have to practice ...A LOT.
