looking for cheap used pc are mac for photoshop?

im 15 years old i have no money lol what now? if i try to save money to buy a new pc it will take to long like 2 years lol maybe longer....maybe if i look in craglist ill get a good used pc are mac....can you guys help me what do i look for in ram and hard drive and mother board?i have $400 bucks lol.

Are Mac for Photoshop? No. Photoshop is for both platforms.

How intelligent are you with computers? Do you have decent computer literacy? If not do you have any family members or friends that are? You can build yourself a computer with that amount of money.
