looking for a mentor

hey i was looking to see if anyone could give me a helping hand, i have been digitally painting on and off for about a year now and want to jump to the next level, i have seemed to have come to a point in my painting where i can go no further, i believe the techniques i use for painting are poor and could do with someone to guide me and help me produce the best i can, i know i am not very good but this is why i feel i need a mentor, a mentor would give my the confidence to achieve more and would make me feel like i was getting somewhere.
if anyone could help me i would be extremely grateful, i love art and all i want to do is go further, please help
