The book: "Natural way to draw"

Does anyone read "The natural way to draw" book? What do you think about it? You follow the inside program? The exercices are true helpfuly?

I've always thought that "Drawing with the Left side of your brain" or whatever it is called was nothing but a ripoff/rehash of Nicolades and his techniques...

I've had a copy of the Natural Way to Draw for over 25 years, and find it just as useful and insightful today as it was back in 1977...
