Hi guys//girls,
I'm trying to find a easy and good technique for adding fire effects to a manga picture I'm working on, I need it to look like a paper fire on alot of little breaking off parts on the picture (attatched jpeg) obviously the pic is far from finished, but as I'm fairly new to PS (using cs3) I need to fill the blob like parts with the fire effect, and the big splits in his arms and head with a flaking fire effect too, I dont know much about working with layers and types of layers, mainly I just use multiply and colour each section of the pic, skin, hair etc etc, some help would be greatly appreciated !
