I'm going for a post-apocolipse/nuclear disaster mutant human caterpillar :). This is how far as I've got. Not sure that I like the face as it is, so I think that will be the first thing that changes when I come back to it. Critics welcome, although i know its not much so far.

That looks like it'd be a tough character to bring to finish, and honestly I'm not sure that I would have guessed caterpillar. It would look pretty cool though if you pull it off. Good Luck!
