Who's 3D Animation and Visual Effects department is better; Academy of Art University or Vancouver Film School?

Vancouver Film School is always uploading so much great work on Youtube, but Academy of Art University isn't showing much...

Anyways, I'm planning to transfer into Academy of Art University within the next two years to study 3D stuff.

Are you letting youtube be the judge in regards to which is a better school?

Why not compare the student work being produced? Regardless of where it appears (youtube, film festivals, competitions, etc.) or even unpublished, you should be looking at the individual school's gallery section to see what hits you. What about things that REALLY matter such as where the school can help place you beyond your tenure there? School is only a temporary stop and is meant to get you out into the real world eventually. What about the faculty? Are they working pros still doing it for a living? What about their graduates? How many of them are in the field immediately after graduation?

Judge these two places on things that can help you to the next level, not just who places more spots on youtube.
