Hmm, Unfortionatly, the hand tells me that he is resting on it and therefore makes this image wierd. This is because he wouldnt be able to, because he should be out of balance. Offcourse he can fly, but still. If you would have done something else with his hand, the image would be better balanced and would look less wierd.

Thats the only critique I can give you, Use it wisely ;)

yeah, you gotta put the hand centered under him... i would suggest a background, better you didnt fully render the scene out.. just hint at it.. and i prob wouldnt color it either..

nahh..i think it's straight.. he can fly, so the balance doesnt really matter.. maybe put his fireball on the other hand to make it look more mystical..

im prolly being a purist. but dhalsim doesnt smile. his smile makes him seem too out of character.
the hand on the floor suggests hes telling you, "sit here little girl" his smiles just evil
