I would like to see some sort of dark fortification built into the mountain, like a dwarven city or something. The colours have alot of atmosphere, I think you could get a great moody mountain city pic out of it.

I'd like to see some sort of furnace/glowing factory built into the moutain. Like, elves slaving away in a fiery Fraggle-type atmosphere.

yes fraggles! or maybe some stale greens running up the mountain's base. The last remaining foliage clinging to its rocky surface. But then again it seems your going for a sterile and imposing effect- :cool: whatever floats your boat id say :)

I am sure Bob Ross would suggest some happy trees....this seems like a good background if not a complete composition...try adding some foreground elements for greater depth maybe... the sky seems to be begging for a flying creature of some sort , although that may just be me...anyways looks cool so far.

I would extend the bottom

not enought info to give it anything but snow.

or have a close figure in forground maybe rising up over a kill.

or a bird mid range.
