Thats a marvelous piece. The only thing that I can see thats a bit off is the bottle on his belt. It looks like its not attached. Plus it also looks a little bit flat, but thats a quick fix.:)

The first one is really nice. Though one thing that bothers me is the card in the mouth, which seems a little small. If the cards in the hand were scaled down to that size along with the hand, the hand would be tiny.

The second one's nice, too (a bit bengalish...).

The right leg bothers me a bit. I think it's because you have things getting lighter as they get further from the "camera", but you don't have a background to reinforce it. The right arm works because it loses focus, but the right leg does behave the same way so I find it a bit visually confusing at first.
The second image is wicked too.

Hey thats some nice stuff! To a certain extent thats the type of art style im currently trying to master myself. Just have to ask.. What media did you use? So yea, Im teaching myself how to use photoshop and getting better at 3Dmax. Anyways nice going, post some more stuff !
