If you have not seen this:
http://conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=132875
you should check it out. I just watched it and honestly, he tells you things about perspective which I doubt any of you were told in college. this is one of my fave downloads so I wanted to spread the word.
thanks to those who support ca by learning with the downloads. the bills around this site grow as traffic grows and your checking these out allows the site to stay open and free.
please check out the latest downloads and support the community.
much thanks

Awwweeesoooooome
Perspective is one of my weak points, been waiting for something like this. I recently had my credit card service changed though so I think I might have to wait for the weirdness to settle down, but this is on my list now :)

A truly great download. Not only a fantastic resource in itself but the explanatory video has helped me put some of my other perspective educational resources into context. Measuring points are tricky when only written down without practical and visual explanation. My John Raynes book has just exponentially increased in ease of understanding. Big thanks to Carl and MB.

I know this is probably not the right place for this, and if not then I hope a kind mod will move this post to the right area.
I have been wanting to say that I would love to buy a lot of these videos that MB and the great artists involved produce for us, but I would be much more inclined to do so if they came in other video formats in addition to quicktime.
An example of how other formats would be useful is I have a microsoft zune which (if I remember right) doesn't support quicktime video playback, but I would love to watch these videos while on the subway going to and from work work since that is usually when I have the most "free" time during my day... Also for some unknown reason I haven't been able to get quicktime to work properly on my computer, so I'm a bit apprehensive to purchase and download these in their current format.
Of course there is always the option of downloading them and converting them to other video formats myself, but then there is always the possibility of degraded audio and visual quality, which kind of defeats the purpose of an instructional art video if everything you're watching is too pixilated to pick up on the subtleties that are possibly being presented.
These videos seem to be of tremendous value to aspiring artists, I would just like to see them made accessible to a wider user base.
Thanks for reading, and thanks for your hard work in making these videos for everyone!

Theres plenty of programs out there that convert without losing much quality. Google is your friend.

I've been meaning to get myself some of the goodies you've got there. This seems like a great video to start off with, I'll get to it as soon as I get home from work!
I second Sepulverture's thought on format, can anyone recommend of a good video conversion program? I'd also love to put this on my iPod :)
