There are a few places you can get videos. Search YouTube for "digitalbobert" and you'll find some inspirational videos made by Bobby Chiu. Vyle has a DVD out there called "From Speedpainting to Concept Art" that's pretty good. Of course, you can download some Massive Black videos made by Android Jones and Jason Chan too. I would recommend more than one source for learning to make concept art.
Good luck

Check out the instructor galleries. These are some of the best DVD's out there. I'm starting a library of these babies. There kinda pricey, but totally worth it.
I strongly recommend checking out Carlos Huante's DVD's, anything with Ryan Church, J.P. Targette and Scott Robertson and Syd Mead. They cover a lot of the basics of concept art, and there are some really great lessons for Photoshop and Painter newbies.
Highly, HIGHLY recommended.
