I am delighted to announce that a calendar for 2009 of my dragon artworks, published by Llewellyn, went on general release on August 1st :) Below are a few of the featured images.

This little chap is a Spiny Woodland Hopper. Maybe if you look hard enough you might spot one in your local woodland ;)

One of the darker images in the calendar, this piece is tiltled "Controller".

This image was originally commissioned as a novel cover for the Curse of Arastold. It was also chosen for the cover of Harper Collin's, Fantasy Art Now - best of new fantasy art compliation. In the calendar this dragon appears for July.

Here you can see more of the calendar layout, by Llewellyn's excellent graphic designer Gavin Duffy. Along with the illustrations each month has a quotes from Beowulf, Shakespeare, legends, and fairy tales.

Woooo really nice, i have the book called "Fantasy Art Now" where one of your dragons is in the Face of the book, yeaa when i saw it in Borders i say, Yaiks!!!! is her dragon!! woooo outstanding XD. Good works.

Speedy - thanks for your comment but I think dragons are more fantasy than pagan?
