First, I like your mask. Now, it does not fit with the rest of the picture. It looks like it was digitally applied after the fact. if you know what I mean. I would like to tell you how to soften it but I am not sure. She does look like someone I could party with.

I see what you mean about the mask not fitting in with the rest. I experimented with some different approaches to digital painting. The face is probably the least successfully rendered detail.

A darker background would add more drama.
