thats some really great stuff. there is a wildlife drawing class at my school and they bring in lions and tigers from the local zoo to draw. i will have to take that class later on. great stuff. how long did the speed portrait take?

wow, sounds a little scary to be with lion in the same room. - i wouldn't mind watching and drawing them at the zoo, if there would be one in my area. good luck with taking that class daarken, don't get bitten! ;D

the 'speed' portrait took me 60 minutes. I called it a speed portrait because I am quite satisfied with the outcome, in a rather small amount of time. The nose has gotten a tad wide, but well - was my first try doing a lion.
