So like most I've been around the forum for a long(ish) time, but, have yet to post. Mainly due to not having a functioning scanner.
Now, I finally have one so I have no choice but to start posting my work.
I like to draw anything and everything and I have done so for as long as I can remember with spurts of... neglect and frustration.
This is the first year that I have delved into the use of color so... be gentle. Everything that I have in color was done usually right before going to bed after my day was done, I had been doing one small painting a day to train myself to get into the practice of using color. I think it worked pretty well.
I'm sure I'll think of more to type on this thread later, but, now I'm just excited to actually post some art!

I envy your painting skills (Digital, Traditional? I can't do either. Lmao). I like the softness of it. Really easy on the eyes, with cute designs. :) Sorry I can't be more of a critiquer, but...My lacking of painting knowledge doesn't help. ^^; So keep on drawing and painting!

This last one, in post #2, is just wonderful! The loose pen sketch really complements your watercolours and gives a bit of extra focus. I'd love to see more in this vein as I think it works really well for you! ^_^

Thank you all for your comments!
I'm still working as much as I can on getting better with color and with getting more finished works...finished.
I hope everyone checks this stuff out and more I have on the way
The first image is my take on Lewis Carrolls Alice in Wonderland scene I've been calling 'Whooo Areee Youuu?'
The second is just a sketch for me to keep up with human anatomy, but I thought the lighting looked nice.

Figured I'd throw this sketch up. It's a centaur. He keeps his head in a bag.
Nice guy, terribly misunderstood.
I'm starting to color him in now. It's going to be my first real digital artwork!

Just some anatomy I tried to draw with no reference. I usually use it, but, I'd like to get back to the point where I can draw the human form from memory and not rely on a visual aid.
I'll post more anatomy soon

what an amazing smiley
The china style village was referenced from someones matte painting I think...
I don't remember whose, or if it was a photo. But I changed the colors a lot
the original was full of blues and felt cold.
The other guy is throwing up what we now call home or the universe or something like space and time
