Went out and bought some new inking pens today and tried 'em out.... Lemmee know what you think, I'm still experimenting with inking styles.

so... I'm thinking no posts means that its in the middle range. Not so terrible that it requires a lot of posts pointing out flaws, but not so good that anyone might point out its strengths.
Maybe I should ask some specific questions.
What does everybody think of the single hatch style? Should I do more cross hatching? More curved lines? Or keep them all primarily the same direction? Are my shadows and highlights correctly placed? What do people think of the weapon design? I know there is a perspective problem with the gun but I can't figure out how to correct it.

Well, I can offer some comments - pen and ink is not my strong point but here we go anyway:
I'd say the hatching style is not working at peak here - you can use the hatching to more accurately describe the the form of the muscles.
The mark making can be used like paint strokes. Take a look a Sepieri (Artist of Druuna comics) for the best hatching on flesh anywhere. (Warning - his stuff can be explicit).
Or alternately, some of mobeius pen and ink work...
Elbow, foream, tricep and back of neck are examples where hatching does not follow anatomy.
Jeans are the best part! Nice mix of texture and dark there.
Expression is getting there, but reads a bit stiff to me - I suck at expression myself, so I tend to be conservative - good for you at tackling a hard face...
Hope that helps...

overall it looks great. i will have to differ with what's been said, i think the arms and such look fine. i would maybe take out some of the lines on the left arm, too many uniform lines don't really define anything. the only thing that looks too flat to me is the hair. and maybe it's intentional, but that is the thinnest gun i've ever seen. but overall, a very stong work w/ ink, keep it up!
