I've posted many times before, but now I'm not able to post images somehow. I haven't been able to update my daily sketchbook in like a month. :bash: argh.

i've double checked my settings, and img code is on..but HTML code is off....and I doubt its a problem with my server..cause i've posted here before.

any solutions? please help, I'd like to continue to post here.

ken, your pics won't show up if you have parentheses in the file name... I'm guessing it interupts the vB code so that it just doesn't show up. Just try posting an image without parentheses and I promise it'll show.

... NOW UPDATE YOUR SKETCHBOOK :D

I guess that's just a setting in the Admin CP?

I'd change it so that people can show attachments from other boards and stuff like that.
Or it there a reason why this isn't allowed?

oh ok, thanks
I guess that worked. I posted an image that didn't have parenthesis....

what about underscores? Are they allowed?

if just tried to post an image with an _ underscore in the address and it doesn't work. ...so that really sucks for all the people that have that _ in the name of their root directory! Does anybody know a way around this from the admin CP? I have my own forum too and would like to include those people as well,...thanks.

its because geocities doesn't allow outside linking to images... its not because of the underscore

like i said, that's just what I heard... and i know it used to work unless geocities caught on to it. This is why I decided to pay for a web host.
