FYI The last thing any artist wants to see in a job description is "it's great for your portfolio."

A) We judge that
B) It comes off very self serving. It would be like saying "Give us big piles of cash. It's a tax write off!"
C) You know what's better than a great portfolio? Getting paid well for the work done.

If you are demanding work that is "a greater challenge than most sculptors can handle", very detailed oriented, all rights to resale and marketing to you AND a limited budget, then why not offer residual income and royalties?
