Looks good,

Like the way you handled the sky and grass. The woman's head has some problems though, plus the head is too big for the body. Unless that was done intentionally. Anyway no sense in nitpicking the trouble spots since it's already been published.;)

She must be the arsonist, otherwise she wouldn't be smiling like that. And it does look like Velo ;p I like the grass and the blue and pink parts of the sky. The rest of it is getting too intense with the colors I think. I realize that may have been your intent, but it tends to flatten things out when you have such saturation going all the way back to the horizon like that. That's just my crit. Good work though. Peace

good crits guys...thanks for the comments.

This is definetly another example of faking the light on an image for effect.
Maybe the image does get a bit to intense as things go into the distance, however a sunset does have that effect on a landscape and I made sure to be consistant with reality in my interpretation of the background. I also tried to be very careful to not have the background compete to much (saturation, value range) with the foreground while still mantaining a level of action there.

As far as the anatomy..well I am definetly not an expert in that subject. But, the painting of the girl follows the reference cold and some people do have different proportions. Still, if it looks off then maybe I should have adjusted from my original reference to fit a more ideal body.

All in all I am surprised at the lack of response this image has generated...ahhh back to the drawing board:D

Ive seen many of your pictures so I know that everything
you do has an intention. This is really strongly saturated. :-)
I like the good feeling you have for her skin. So I like the pic but its not my favourite from you. Im exited whats next.
