I'm a 23 Year Old looking to get into a school on the East coast. I'm looking to go into the concept art field.
The problem im having, is what degree do I go for? Should I go into fine arts? Personally I dont have a really good relationship with traditional paint, or any other medium other than pencil, and digital paint.
I always throught I would go into graphic design, but I dont really think its what I want to do. I would do it to get a degree, get to work...but It would be more of a dream to go into the concept art field.
SO...the question that I have, what schools/Degrees would help me with this?

Whoa, Graphic Design is hella far away from anything Concept Art related...you don't even draw much in that major! You could make Fine Arts work, but the basis is going to be painting and gallery culture (ie you'll have to apply that to Concept Art culture on your own).
There are no specific 4-yr degrees in "Concept Art." You can take an atelier like CA.org's which gives the curriculum, but no degree. You can go for a 4-yr major in "Game Design" or perhaps "Film Design" and some here have gone for "Illustration" or "Animation." I've heard there's a "Entertainment Design" degree somewhere as well. Most of these will be on the West Coast.
I personally went for "Sequential Art" (Comics and Storyboarding) at SCAD (http://scad.edu) on the east coast, and next yr they will be offering a Concept Art minor made up of classes from my major and Animation.
Any major/school you look at should focus on drawing (in any media) of MANY things (characters, props, environments, creatures, etc) with a focus on story (since that's what you'll be conveying). After that, it's up to you which area of CA you lean towards and thus what major would be most appropriate.

I am an Illustration major. Through the years, I THINK I have judged right that interests, passions and forte's that include concept art, concept design, storyboarding, pencil/pen/ink affinity, etc tend to be resolved best with a path in illustration in MOST cases.

There is at least one, though not on the east coast.
But I'm nitpicking here. Generally speaking, listen to what Mirana says.

Hey, things change and I'm all for others speaking up about new majors, or "mis-named" majors that fit the bill, or whatever. :) It'd probably help more if you said which program, though.

Yes there are... Art Center will have a program in Entertainment Design which is a specific Concept art degree.
