Hi everybody,
after posting quite often itīs time that you can see, what Iīm producing in my sparetime ;)

http://www.kriegsherren-von-og.de/webpics/endzeitpaar01.jpg

This is influenced by my favourite Computergames of the Fallout-series. I first just wanted to try out the tutorial on Adi Grabovīs site http://www.sofos.com/adi/ but it turned out technically for me quite interesting. In fact this is the first picture thatt I would say is Computergraphic produced by me - the other stuff Iīve done ist more comic-style coloured crowquill-work.

Due to itīs nature as a sketch I see that there are some flaws: the handas are quite small, her left thigh is too long and the hips are a little bit on the broad side ;) but for a first-timer Iīm quite content.

Comments and critiques very welcome!

130 views and no comment is a kind of comment, too ;)

What is it? Is it too mediocre that noone can say anythhing good or bad about it or is it so bad, everyone ist too polite to tell? I really could need some constructive critics.

Tell it to me, I can take it ;)

you have to work you proportions and anathomy - look at girl's hands -one ir thin, other is not, it's a "fake feeling" in all you pic. Also perspective is a bit off, your colors are.. too saturated and the mood is too kid-like - maybe is because of the dark outline.
Sorry if i was too hard on you - i'm also just a nobody but i guess any feedback is good. If you plan to practice you life drawings please check the areas - there are some crazy guys doing amazing stuff on this forum willing to help.

Thanks Oblio,

itīs always good having someone else critzising the stuff. The pic turned out to be a longer work than I intended and I lost my eye on it (donīt know how to express it in english ;) ). Iīm coming more from the graphic works with pencil and crowquill and worked mainly "comicstyle" so I think I maybe overemphazise lines. On the other hand I donīt want to copy styles and work ... time to think over my styles :smirk:

Mpf, just looked at the picture with the Photoshop at work ... Now I understand what you mean with the saturation ... on my Barco-Monitor the pic looks quite bonbon-like.

I suppose I have to recalibrate my home-monitor

P.S. Everyone should own a Barco ....
