Hi,
this is a drawing from a sculpture in the louvre, paris.
I'm sorry about the pic's quality,
but try to scan a A2 size with a A4 scan ;)

It looks like a good start. The main problem I see is that your line quality and weight is the same throughout the entire drawing. I would work on using a variety of line thicknesses and sharper overall contrast. Put the most detail in the area where you want the viewer to focus.

yeah, what Rockhead said, but also focus more on the structure of the drawing before you go in with the details. Good start though ;p keep at it.

Really a niiiice sculpture, i love it :)
Sorry again for the bad img, it's a photo... (if anyone has tips to improve the quality, condition of lightning... )
I tried to be careful about the things you said, so i hope it will see on this one :)
