welp, first digital painting that i've spent more than 20 minutes on. first that i've seriously done with painter 8, for that matter... yeah its not finished, nor is it the full painting.

erase the pencil lines and you have a wonderful piece imo

Wow. I drink to that! :beer: I love the pencil lines, it ads to it. Very very nice.

very nice piece.
but i think you should have either all pencil lines or none at all. because like this it appears like two different styles combined.

thanks guys... I appreciate all the comments. I shoulda mentioned it was a WIP, but i guess that's assumed since its in this forum section.

Looking quite nice so far! I think I'd like to see some more highlights on the arm--more as you get closer to the hand--and I think the pencil lines are fab. It'll still be good without them, but they have a really nice quality to them, it'd be a shame to lose it.
