Hi there,

I found a reference to a site here once where you could use a small female (maybe male too?) 3D model that was put in hundreds of different positions.

Small thumbnails showed of the different angles and positions.

I think it was maybe an asian host or site? But I'm not certain.

I would really appreciate anyone able to find this site for me if you happen to know it or if you recall the site.

I'm having a hard time drawing figures from extreme top down position and any link or similar site would help me out.

Thank you =).

Posemaniacs (http://www.posemaniacs.com/blog/) ?

edit: ah I always go to the /blog to get to the timed applications, but if you just go to posemaniacs.com (http://www.posemaniacs.com/) you'll get the thumbnails =)

Thank you =).

I downloaded it. I thought it would be hard to use but the model is there and it's surprisingly easy to turn and twist it.

Poser has a free trial and I'll try that too.

I also thought about buying a small doll to use. I have the normal art doll in wood but the details are lacking. I could also try to make my own from a model in clay of course.

I just have to get my head around to drawing from any position and having to deal with foreshortening and perspective, which is a challenge but fun nevertheless.

Thank you =).
