Really nice, the only thing that confuses me is the scale of the setting. The bottom part seems pretty far away and the upper looks quite close..
Don't know if that's any help..

More cues to scale would be helpful. Also, the lightning doesn't look right. It's far to yellow (unless that's just a stylistic decision) and the areas where it is coming out of the clouds are too bright relative to the brightness of the bolts themselves. There's a summer thunderstorm outside my house right now, and we had one a few days ago, so I've looked at a few lightning bolts recently. I would suggest studying some reference photos of lightning and then redoing that part of the image.

Nice atmosphere, but the rocks look a little too dry. Perhaps try adding some highlights to show a sheen of water? As for the lightning, it looks like something from the apocolypse! The electrical bolts look great (and powerful), but maybe the 'less is more' rule might work better here (i.e. maybe just one or two bolts?).
