First Timer

Hey all, this is the first time I've posted in this section but I've been doing the dsg's for a few months now. For some reason it never occured to me to post here. Anyway i'm relatively new to this whole painting thing so i'd love some C and C.

I like them alot! colors and attitude in the first one would work great in a children's book. I think the monster looks a little floaty, I think some deeper darks where his feet are pressed to the wall would help. unless he's pouncing, in which case he needs motion blur cause he's still floaty. :)

the colors in the G.I.'s face are nice and the animated officer calling in a firestrike in the 3rd image is wonderfully animated. The background is too calm, tho, do you plan lots of tracerfire and ominous shadows in a color version?

bwkeough: I see what you're saying about the monster, he IS kinda floaty. I wasn't going to paint the second NAM image but now I might, complete with tracer fire and dark ominous shadows!
