Need help how to make separate pages in sketchbook?

This image is one I created as a mock up horror mag cover. I based the original image from stories and legends I read about at www.theshadowlands.net website for spooky, haunted places. Very interesting. Most work I do now, I work in mixed media: pencil sketched, then pen and inked, then (for the most part) colored pencil.
I have more info on the background of this pic at www.artwanted.com/SharonAnne. Always open to opportunities to make more 'dark,' fantasy/legends artwork. ideas will be welcomed.
And BTW, I'd Appreciate learning how to create separate sub-pages within my sketchbook thread?? :) :)

My sketch for this message is lower on the page Listed under PlasmaErnst's Sketchbook. :) it's a pic of disembodied eyes peering out of a wishing well; with a bloody claw grabbing over the top of the well.
