I made this illustration for a Dutch magazine about the NAVO in a few hours in Illustrator (it was a rush job). But fun to do.

Same opinion. Great potential but way too rushed. Dont like illustrator, rather use PS or Painter.

The problem is, if you have to work fast (for magazines) Painter is just to slow and it is difficult to exchange objects for new illustrations. I agree that Painter has a smoother result but you can't have everything!

Not too bad for a rushed job.I like the style of the work.The guys coming out of the chopper are good but the guy in the forground looks a little awkward.Bit of shading as well would work great on the forground guy to make him jump out a bit more from the rest of the pic.
