My quandary...

Hello,
Ive been lurking here for a while now and have picked up alot of great info on schools and the concept art biz in general.
I decided a long time ago i wanted to make my living with my art...and im just getting around to trying to make that dream happen.

Im very interested in going to art school, and i have a couple questions for the people who know.
Ive been looking at Gnomon and am very interested in attending there. I was wondering if its the kind of school i can goto and learn the skills i need to become a successfull concept artist, or if its a more advanced school for people to hone their skills. the website was helpfull,, but it was a bit vague on the skill level required to enter.
Thats my first choice, the courses sound great and its not overly expensive.
My second choice is Ringling...it sounds like the best of the best, and it has a price tag to match that lol.
I guess my question is would gnomon be a good choice for a first time art school for this field of work?

im looking into attending school within the next year and i need help narrowing down my choices.
