Don't know if I succeeded on the rendering of the face of this old guy. It's an illustration for a short story by Sarah Prineas.

Considering how much more detailed the little dragon and his wings are than the old man's face, the painting looks incomplete. Maybe if you tightened up the goggles, lips and ears...

The dragon is very nicely done though.

I have to agree about the goggles, but I like everything else. I like the slightly added detailing on the dragon. It looks a little sharper but still blends with the rest of the piece.

you're tiny dragon reminds me the Anne Mc Caffrey's fire lizards in the Pern saga do you know what i'm talking about ? i agree with other maybe you could work again on the old man... pretty cool
