Nice start on vehicle designs. I can't do them very well myself, but I appreciate someone who can. I especially like the detail of the engine on the second one. Keep it up.

Sincerely,
Chris

Wow, very nice sketches all of them, and the detail is AMAZING!
Third one, tho, could use a little more....something. Needs something sticking out or something, cause it looks like a beetle with no legs or wings :)

But very nice, especially the second.

Hey thanks for the compliments. My designs sometimes come out of nowhere. I start by drawing some random lines and I pick out shapes and key lines that I want to utilize. It seems to work nicely for vehicles especially.

Chris, I'm glad you like the engine detail. I like the back 1/3 of that vehicle very much but the front end needs some changes.

Unknown Target, I beleive you were referring to the fourth design and if you were, I agree. It's definitely unfinished. I'll see about making some additions and posting later.

nice sketches. like the "reverse" one a lot. did you scan it and reverse it in photoshop, or did you draw white on black?

Ron, the "reverse" one was done with a white pencil on black illustration board. It worked well because I used a black pencil to go back in and refine details(and cover up errors!), whereas if it was done on white, a white pencil won't cover up the black lines. I did actually scan it and reverse it in photoshop to see what it would look like black on white but it looks better as it is.

Looking real good there. the first has inspired me to try that mehtod. It looks really affective. Your designs are cool too.
I hope you dont mind me saying but the third one looks a little odd.
