Great atmosphere and the face is nicely painted too. There's not a lot of interaction of the seahorse with the rest of the scene though, so he stands out a bit.

wow, looks nice! maybe making some details more sharp (like the patterns on her skin, the edges of the skin), might help your illustration a bit! I like it

thanks for the comments. your right, the seahorse draws too much attention. there are other things as well but, alas, i am now knee–deep into a commission.

No its not just you, i see the same thing, her eyes need to be pointing a little bit more to the middle, just a tad tho.
