i think there is too much wasted space at the top. if you crop the pic it'll make the scene much more intimate.
with the tiny fairy, i'm not sure what is going on with the face. even in the close up i am still unsure.

I like the feeling you've established in this image. The colours are nice also.

Crits:
The overall lighting seems a bit strange. I think that the fairy is supposed to be the source, but to look at her, the light looks like it's coming from behind her? It's a little confusing.

The shading on the shoulder of the girl isn't smooth enough. It's pieced into sections where there should be more of a transition.

I think it would help the piece a lot if the trees were darker or had a little variation of the shadow. Not enough to draw attention to them, but just to add a bit of interest when people inevitably look at them.

The woman's eye is off. It's too small and high.
