Greetings from Finland

We have released a beta-version of our new web-based painting/image editor Sumopaint. (www.sumopaint.com)

Our goal is to combine the retro painting tools of the 1980's with modern tools made possible by Flash 9.

By signing in you can save multilayer images to your account.

Any comments / thougths / bug reports are most welcome!

Tools include:
-layers with blending modes
-broad selection of filters
-symmetry tool with gravity
-custom brushes with gravity
-custom shapes
-smudge, blur, ink-pencil, etc etc..

Great thanks and hope you find Sumopaint useful

Justin.

Tablet support would make this awesome (as would multi-user support, but that's a bit unrealistic)

With a bit of work into this it could rival photoshop, anyway I think the smudge tool should be softer, it seems to pick up pixels and out them somewhere else rather than making a "smudgy" effect.
