Hello folks. I'm a longtime lurker and I thoroughly enjoy this
forum; it has some of the most creative and professional
artists I've seen on the net.

I've held back from posting, cuz I'm not totally into the
gaming scene, but as an I.D. graduate, I did my share of
product and, more specifically, toy design Looooong ago. Now
I'm more into comics and illustration.

Hell, I just love to draw and paint, and people on this board
are damn good at both. Therefore I post in the hope of
getting copious feedback and crits.

Well that's my intro.

to the posts:

Thanks for such a great forum.I' love any crits or comments.

Really great stuff man...

Love the watercolor pic, nice mood in the coloring there.
The feet on the girl, in the middle, looks strange though...

Welcome, and nice of you to come out from the shadows of lurking...

I love the colours on the young girl ooking up at the camera, and you have some very cool facial expressions here and there.

keep it up

Awesome work!

Love the colors, love the characters, love the linework, love the entire composition of the images!

just a couple little crits: the gun on the second image isnt sufficiently defined imho and the left foot of the girl in the 3rd image is in an awkward angle.

other thant that GREAT JOB! look forward to seeing more of your work!

These are excellent!

well .. i think your work is the tits. you are an amazing artist.
i think the top one would look better with a different choice of value/color, what-have you in place of the white.

Hey people,

thanks for all of the feedback,

I don't really have a set website with all of my stuff grouped together, but I do have plenty of webspaces where I've collected choice artworks at different times over the years.

my buisiness site(you'll notice I also do graphic design) (http://www.th-id.com)

an older site with less design emphasis (http://www.creativeion.com/riq/v2)

a doodle page I share with friends-this has my most recent work, and stuff I just do for fun. (http://www.creativeion.com/doodles)
There are pictures that aren'T mine here too. mine are tagged with "tariq hassan"

this is where I keep my comics related stuff (http://www.creativeion.com/riq/penciljack/show.php)

and lastly, you can check out my comic( Click on the banner to proceed to the next page) (http://www.creativeion.com/riq/foxweb)
Based on the chaacters you see in the first picture I posted. I'm working on this with my friend who actually wrote the story, and he painted the title page of the comic.

sorry to blast you with so many links, but I've yet to consolidate all of my work into one website( I'm thinking about working on that..)and yes, there are plenty of redundancies of pictures between the links I gave.
