How are featured artists chosen?

Well, put it this way: what do they all have in common?

I'll give you a hint, it rhymes with "They're Possum"

(They have all helped the community in some large way such as teaching at the workshops, as well as producing outstanding work)

All the members featured have been associated via teaching at ca events, artists that helped and inspired the community with both their art and help, or have helped build the website...as well as being a kick ass artist.
