A little more info is usually very welcome for things like this. What style are you after? What is the general genre of the story? Do you have a deadline for this? What is the pay and percentage?

Asking for a "comic book artist" is like asking for a "writer" without being clear on whether you want someone who writes horror novels or children's books.
