Wow I really love this. I didn't see the whole thing at first, because the people(?) sort of blend into the yellow colors. After a while I started to see it, love the imagery here. You did a nice job here with the color scheme too, the limited pallette really compliments the idea. Love the light blue question mark too, very nice job.
Something though is that you should either fill in the people or change the colors inside them, like lightening it or darkening it. Even adding a little more blue to them would make them stand out more.
Although, I do love it like this. If you think it would hurt the composition, don't change it. Very nice job on it.
