I just wanted to ask about Resampleing in Photoshop 7.
How do I change the resolution without changing the size of the picture.

:D seriously now, go to Image, Image Size, UNCHECK "Resample Image" and put the resolution you want. Voilą !

But it doesn't work!:(
The "constrain porportions" thing kicks in and i can't uncheck it

The size of the picture in terms of pixels will remain the same. What are you trying to do ? :confused:
If you want to go deep into DPI fiddling and printing, you might want to check other threads or ask about printing resolutions.. Good luck !

make a new file at desired size/resolution then transfer work to it via copy and paste or drag n drop. hope you used folders!
