Now this is something we can comment on. Not bad.
The skull is good, adding a few more values would finish off the piece.
I don't expect you to fix these if they are old.
I would like to see the level you are at now.

that was quick.
Keep going on it, very the tones and add more color.
If you keep going at this pace, you will be a pro in no time.

interesting rendering style, I'm not certain if you want the sort of overlapping strokes cause by having too much spacing and hi flow low opacity in photoshop or it's just a mistake. but I will say it does add a certain character to the paintings.

It looks like you're tracing on top of images. Two things about that;

If you're looking to improve on your art, tracing is probably the slowest way to go about it. What you need to do is learn how to observe things accurately, and... learn how to draw. The anatomy pictures you posted, how can you understand what muscle is which based on a very impressionistic take on it? The point of doing anatomy studies is to get SPECIFIC, to actually learn what's under the body.

If you're looking to get praise or recognition as a good artist by tracing pictures... you won't get it. It takes very little skill to trace or over paint a picture and since you needed an image to start out with, the exact image you produced is already in existence, there's no reason for you to trace it.

My advice is to ditch tracing and OBSERVE. Open a picture in one window and draw it out in another. This way you'll actually have to remember what you're drawing and you'll get better at observing things; a trait that is handy for any artist.

Study anatomy, study the different ways of drawing, study different techniques, and most importantly master your tools. Keep your pencils sharp, your kneaded erasers clean, and a regular eraser on hand at all times. If you're serious about drawing, then get yourself one or more books by George Bridgman, Joseph Sheppard (spelling?), and Gene Franks is a fantastic artist too. I'm sure the other artists on here can put you on track with other very talented artists.

Do some anatomy studies and post them - it's always fun for us to see how your progressing, and everyone here can give you tips, and help you improve. Although, again, if you're serious about art, you can also look into taking some classes - these forums are great, but noone here can give you the classroom experience, nor the one on one help that a teacher can give you.

So yea, keep posting, and study study study!

yeah, on the painting/digital stuff, i do trace it, ill stop, its because i just got the program and wanted to get the hang of how it worked, but i was never hiding it or anything, i said they were traced in the begining. but thanks anyway, ill start my own stuff

and yeah, i have a lot of drawing books, and i will do some anatomy stuff, but im taking a ceramics class right now and working on sculpting using sculpey right now and dont have as much time right now to draw and sketch but im going to take some of those classes next year. thanks

I guess i have a few comments. Could you post reference images when you have them? also keep your image sizes down so they will fit on a computer screen of 1024 x 760 ish. that one image of the girl's face has all of the earmarks of an overpaint, which is ok if you are going for that sort of thing. but I think it's important to state why you are doing it and where your source image is.

keep drawing! looks like you are having fun with it.

keep studying anatomy and try to copy some old master painting, try not only line-art but tonal work as well, in pencil only if you want to learn quicker.
You will see how fast you improve.
