Self-paced Ateliers (East Coast)?

I'm looking for fine art ateliers but with a program that moves at your own pace. (I'm aware of the reasons for the 4 years at most ateliers). I'm looking for some that can be completed faster if one so desires/talented enough/works hard/etc...

Please let me know if someone knows of any...
