Hello folks!
Just amazed how many great people gathered here.

Personally I like to draw environments most of all.
Really wanna to improve in this...
So, scroll down and see, comments\crits\tips are really welcome :blahblah:

And people — where I'm supposed to post finished pieces?
I know, there is 'It's finally fininshed', but they, I think are intended for one finished thing, not a lots of stuff like here 8). Correct me if I am wrong.

Ah, don't get frustrated if my Eng lacks somewhere — it's a temporary thing )
And one little question: is there proper way to colorize scanned works? I know no one...

Hi.
The first one was 2 MIN test on 100 opacity (without pressure) :)
That was worthwhile experiment, I will definitile return to this later.

Second is very quick test of SAI (small painting prog).
You see, I really like monochromatic images...

Third is some character cketches...

And last one is... yes, there are just random symbols.

So i see your on your way to becoming a art developer for games, could i be any more wrong...moving on, I like how you got your male faces down pretty well, and extreme envo's as well and the sick lil hedgehog¿ but anyways could there be a story behind your drawings¿?

Aaah, you're absolutely right — my current works lacking of a story behind..
Should I pay more attention to backgrounds, atmosphere, whatsoever?
Or you mean — bring more life to it, somekind of movement, action?

I have an idea to write down own thoughts about plot... what's going on in the picture. Will try it.

And yes — I'm going to be concept artist in gamedev.

Time for more enviros!
Paid more attention to light this time

...Still there is a lot of mess in my works.
I'm constantly "fighting ideas" whan I paint (ideas just continually pops up in my head) and still I can't decide is this good or bad.
This causes me to paint over again and again... So here is mess...

Maybe I should sketch more. But I never have the clear, detailed picture in my head. Should I? There is something dim, uncelar.

Any suggestions?

Wow. My old crappy Genius A6 is dead now.
So I've done characters with mouse. He-he.

And I was forced to finish enviros with mouse also (approx. 50% done with mouse). Sorry, the second one is not that finished =)

Enviroments looks very very good. Characters is not so good, but i think, if you don't stop pushing them, then it's matter of days.
Do more and show us, we will be waiting for them!!!!! :yum:
