Hey,
I'm a game artist and i want to paint some textures for 3D models that are covered in dust. I'm not talking about the sort of dust you find in deserts, im more interested in the thick, grey, fluffy stuff you find on old books and disused shelves.
The only problem is, i'm finding it difficult to find references let alone techniques for painting it.
Can anyone point me in the right direction with either some tips or new places to look for references? (So far I've been unsuccessful with google image search, flickr and a bunch of texture sites).
