Hi everybody, first post on CA^^

Here are few things i did the past weeks...
I'm currently working on "bigger" illustrations for my portfolio so these are "side works" i did to take my mind off...

Critiques & comments are obviously welcome ^^
(Sorry for my english...)

PS: I don't know who is the girl of the portrait below. The picture was taken in a C.A workshop i suppose but i can't remember where i found it...

You're art is mesmerizing, I just want to stare at the first and last ones forever. I love the contrast and shine you have on the first girl, even though it makes her look a little metallic or oily, it's still beautiful. Thanks for sharing these

Its a little surreal how smooth everything is but I'd be damned if the colors weren't awesome. I love how everything is so saturated, especially that portrait at the top of the first post. <3

Some damn fine work here Ismah! I really love the pencils of the girl reaching, love all the fluid lines and how clean it is. Teh first pic is now my wallpaper too;)

If I was to crit anything I would say there seems to be something odd going on with the barbarian dudes rib cage above his abs. It looks kinda of like a thick rope in between his abs and pecs. Might want to tone down the definition there. Laos the lady barbarian legs seem overly thick. I think it is because we can see no clear lines where the inner legs end and where the cape begins.

Can't wait to see more man! And yeah, that last pic of the girl is pretty sick!

My god that last painting is unbelievable. your work is great.

haha... wow, yeah, you totally painted from a photo of me at the workshop in January. :) Michael Hussar did a great piece from the same pose and gave it to me, so I feel especially lucky. The painting you did looks great. :bashful:

thanks for stopping by my sb :) keep up the good work!!

Umm, I'm a little confused...were some posts deleted?
Anyway, lovely pencils, though I will say that the second girl (the one next to the digital portrait girl) seems to have an overly round butt. Her butt should sort of flatten out where her weight is resting on it on the ground.

Everything looks so glossy and pretty, wow. I'm wondering if you shouldn't tone some of those highlights down a bit...but that's just personal preference.

There should be more posts in this thread!

You have such a beautiful way of sketching. I see you made a good improvement over the last year comparing your newer sketches to your older couple of pieces there..but have you deleted some stuff? Don't delete stuff ;_;
