Hi everybody,

I´ve just got my new tablet and it simply doesn´t work as it should, though I´ve reinstalled the drivers a couple of times already. The problems are:

-Sometimes it suddenly stops working for some seconds.

-The right click button doesn´t work if the tip of the pencil is not touching the tablet´s surface.

-The right click simply doesn´t work while working in CS3.

Help, please, I´m sure everything must be a stupid settings´mistake.

The first problem doesn't sound like the tablet more your computer lagging either cpu or ram. It happens to me if my file is too large.

The other problems im not really sure i have a graphire atm. but i have a 6x8 Intruos getting delivered on monday ^_^

Maybe not a solution but the first thing you should do is make sure you are not connecting via a hub...connect directly to your computer... and, secondly, disconnect the USB and connect again.

I'm not sure if this will help, but try reconnecting to a different USB port.

Q. Did you play around with the settings of some sort?
There's a reset function in the Wacom control panel.
I can't remember where it was, but it deletes all profiles and settings so
you can rebuilt on the default settings.

Ok dudes, thanks to all. The right click thing has been solved, it was just a setting adjustement. It still stops working sometimes, but if I use the other tip of the pen (the eraser) and then the normal one, is suddenly works again. Weird, isn´t it?

Weird it is.

I've yet to research Intuos3 errors, but I hope these little problems are
fixable.

It's hard to tell if it's hardware or software related also, which suck.
My eraser turns off on me sometimes, and just acts like the current tool
selected. (A restart of Photoshop fixes it, but that totally breaks the mood)
