Don't often do 3d stuff, but had loads of fun with this. Wanted to make a model of a corridor for playing with lighting etc. Mostly foamboard and card.

Looks impressive. The door seems like its textured with the same material as the wall. A door made of some other material (wood/metal etc.) would probably enhance the illusion (just a suggestion - I think you have done a very good job).

.ake this into a diorama...it is very cool work, would love to see this as a scene especially with the lighting that you have. someone trying to excape a grisly murder maybe. well anyway bangup job my friend.

Aseyngel - thanks for the feedback, I'd completely missed the door - tried to weather it a bit and got carried away! Gonna go back and fix that.
maddmaestro - would be good to give it some sinister setting, I hadn't actually thought of taking it much further but I might mess about with that idea - thanks !
I've got some wip shots somewhere too, I'll try and find them and post 'em up.

couldn't find any of my wip shots, but i did a dry run with cardboard to see how it would work before i moved onto the actual model...thought i'd post that in case it's useful to anyone.
