EDIT: i just saw that the eyes do look crooked. To bad i can't change that anymore. Mouth was made small on purpose

i like the crooked eyes, if the eyes were too perfect it'd look kinda funny. stick with the different eyes!
- pick a light source, it would help define the features a lot more.
- you went really dark with the eyebrows, you should make other areas just as dark, or darker. such as the shirt, nostrils etc.
- the mouth is small
