Choppy Lines!

Hey guys, i'll admit i'm a noob when it comes to photoshop, but i can draw like a sword... anyway. I need some help. I can draw straight lines that are not wavy whatsoever. That's not the problem. The problem is that my lines are very VERY pixelated. They look all choppy. Is there anyway to adjust the settings to rectify this problem? ~Thx in advance for the replies~

for straight lines i just use the line tool and turn the pixels to about 1 -3 depending on how thick i want it.

would also make it look crappy. It does on my end anyway, so
try 25% 50% 100%

just sounds like you need to up your resolution... (Image/image size: make the dpi /document size higher)
