I'm up late, so I did it.
This took about 40 minutes maybe. Watching X-Play.

I figure a Meadar would be really lonely.

I am pretty happy with how this one turned out. I donīt know how a meadar is supposed to look like, I did a search but found nothing.
So I did my own take on a male medusa. Comments and crits are welcome as always. 55 min
Here it is, bronze claws and everything. (http://www.freewebs.com/drawings1/dsg233m.JPG)

Try www.p0stwh0rehosting.com. I'm not sure what they are about, considering the name :) but hotlinking works--at least for now.

No time at all lately, but what a wonderful topic. :)
Littlemac - Nice style. Love the stomach on the green one.
Foma - Go on... spend another hour on it. I would like to see a colour version.
Hunger Artist - Devious title.

I am also on the lookout of a new host, so I followed your link but...:(
I found this in the rules wich applies to www.postwhoring.com
"Use of this hosting service is subject to agreement of the 3D Realms Forum Rules"
So I looked there, and found this.
"NOTICE: By submitting (e.g., uploading) Content to the 3D Realms Message Board,
you automatically grant 3D Realms the royalty-free, perpetual,
irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub licensable right and license to use,
reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from,
distribute, perform and display such Content
(in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media,
or technology now known or later developed."
Basically means that they can use your artwork however they want.
Thatīs not cool. I could really use a imagehost but not if I have to give away everything I post.
I have seen this at other free hosting services, and try to keep a lookout for it when Iīm looking for a host.

Again with the down time! I did this earlier today but then the site was down and I had to leave so I'm putting it up now. I thought I would just experiment with the background. The sketch took 90 minutes and the coloring took another 90. This dsg has been a good experience to get me working daily, there are fun topics. That Marma Rat is in a world of trouble...

I decided to try putting in all the scales, and it totally ruined any shading and was a waste of time. Now I know.

If anyone is looking for an image host... try http://www.graffiti.net Their actually a free web host, but I use them as an image host for message boards, my live journal and such, it's worth checking out... you get 20mb of personal space to clutter with whatever you want.

I think this is my first post here =D
It was all going good until I got to the head, I couldn't get the angle I wanted and before I knew it, it was almost three in the morning and I couldn't even keep my eyes open. Plus my scanner cut some of it all.. eh whatever, hope the concept is as good as I thought it was when I started the sketch.
